For example that eating fibrous food will reduce the chances of having colon cancer, and intake of Vitamin C will strengthen the teeth and will prevent gums. Vitamin C also helps in improving the immune system. It is noted that excesses, deficiencies and imbalances in diet can take a toll on the health of a human being.
Performing some activities to maintain sound health and also ensure physical fitness is called exercise. It is a necessary step to remain healthy. Diseases such as heart problems, cardiovascular disorders, cancer, obesity, back pain, and type 2 diabetes can be prevented if you indulge in regular fitness activities. It also helps to build muscles, maintain weight and also give a boost to physiological well-being. The immune system is also strengthened by exercising. Joint pains can also be avoided if regular physical activities are carried out.
