Skin Care Routine: Morning Routine For A Healthy Skin

Skincare is the scope of practice that supports impaired skin and enhances the dermis which is done in daily routine by using cosmetics, exfoliation, some homemade pastes, face serums, lasers, medications, eating healthy food, plenty of water, etc.

Importance of Skin Care Routine

Skin care is the most important thing to do in our daily routine because our skin gets dust, and sun rays exposure daily which needs to be treated well. Every day skin experiences different kinds of exposures that lead to long time effects.

As we grow up, our skin gets older and shows some changes as we are aging like wrinkles, acne, dark circles, dark spots, allergies, sunspots, dryness, and oiliness. In recent times due to our unhealthy lifestyle or unhealthy food, these symptoms appear very soon in our twenties.

No doubt sunlight is very important for our body or skin but excessive sunlight exposure can give excessive sunburn to the skin with its harmful UV rays that also causes tanning, uneven skin tone, dryness, etc. to the skin and sometimes it also leads to cancer. Radiation increases skin reactions. Melanin hormone is responsible for skin colour.

Tips for Morning Skin Care Routine

We should do proper skin care to avoid some serious skin diseases or skin ageing symptoms. Some of these skin care routines are explained before going to bed at night and the most important morning skin care routine:

  1. Firstly, for better skin, we should eat healthy, fibrous so that our stomach gets cleared properly in the morning which leads to glowing skin.
  2. Use skin moisturizer according to the different textures of the skin.
  3. Use sunscreen before going out during the day to prevent sun radiation exposure.
  4. Use a cleanser or face wash to remove dirt from the skin.
  5. Use Gulabjal, some vegetable extract to refresh your skin or for skin care which helps in reducing skin ageing, wrinkles, tanning, etc.
  6. Use some hydrating face serums such as Hyaluronic acid serum, vitamin C face serum, minimalist serum, etc. available by different brands on different apps like Nyka, Amazon, etc.
  7. Some skin care kits are also available in the market which involves some steps like cleansing, scrubbing, face mask, and then moisturizing the skin which refreshes the skin the whole day which also removes blackheads, and whiteheads, and gives glowing skin.
  8. Some face masks of different fruits and vegetables are available for your skin care routine.
  9. Have plenty of water during the day about 5-6 L.
  10. Different face masks have been made like a mixture of gram flour and curd with a pinch of turmeric for tanning removal, coffee paste for glowing skin, and wipe your face with raw milk daily.
  12. Every dermatologist recommends the proper skincare routine with accurate steps: cleansing, toner, face serum, moisturizer, and then applying some sunscreen.
  13. Sometimes hairy skin produces a smell by sweating and for that, we should use some skin pads or skin creams that protect from the smell; some individuals use perfumes or deo to get rid of this.
  14. In winter, if the skin becomes too dry for not hydrating well or for not taking plenty of water then we should do proper massage with coconut oil, mustard oil, etc. according to the different skin textures.
  15. We should concern about dermatologists in many cases of skin type problems or diseases.
  16. In adolescence period, some individuals get pimples on their skin due to their different skin types and for that, we have to visit a dermatologist.
